The supplier installed a new roof to my kitchen, which now leaks. He also installed two retractable awnings underneath the new roof, one of which does not function correctly. I would like the supplier to come and address these issues and make his installation perfect. We have also not received a receipt for the money paid - although it has been registered with AT as IVA being paid. We have not received a 2 year written guarantee, which was promised. I attach the following documents ...1. Revised quotation of May, 20232. Photos of the leaking roof3. Photos of the awning not working correctly4. The e-mail chain between the supplier and me, indicating that my initial lack of satisfaction was raised in July. To date I have had no substantive response to any of my comments. The supplier does not have a livro de reclamações and the livro de reclamações site does not recognise the supplier.
