Among all the trips I've ever taken in my life, today on 25/02/2024 I had the worst journey ever with easyJet, due to two attendants who lack the necessary skills to serve the public. They are in dire need of retraining on how to handle customers. During the boarding of flight EJU7656 From Barcelona to Lisbon departing at 09:50, attendant Mariana informed me that she didn't need to understand Portuguese because I was in Spain and that I should speak Spanish. At one point, she even threatened that we wouldn't be allowed to board the plane if we continued speaking, as it would be in charge of not letting us pass. After all conversation, she ordered us to go back to the end of the line again, Another attendant, Gunite, allowed us not to return to the end of the line.As I know nothing is done to improve services, and there's never any feedback on complaints, I will always try to travel with other companies like Ryanair and others to express my dissatisfaction with the easyjetcompany's service.
