On 2024/07/05 I paid for one of your technicians to visit my house to survey the installation of an A/C system. You said that you would respond to me within 3 days - you did, but that was only an acknowledgement that you had registered my order.
I was later told that your technician would visit on 2024/07/11. He failed to arrive.
After contacting Worten, I was advised that he had cancelled the appointment by telephone. He may have tried to do so, but he didn't manage to reach me to tell me this.
Yesterday I wrote to the Worten help line and now, 24 hours later, I am still waiting for acknowledgement of my issue.
So, 12 days later, I am still waiting for your technician to visit me.
I have raised a complaint within the Livro Reclaimos system. I am raising this complaint as well because I think that your customer service system is really poor.
