Exigo que anulem o seguro que nunca foi autorizado .

Boa tarde, venho mostrar o meu descontentamento com esta empresa que simplesmente enganou o meu pai . Ligaram ao meu pai a oferecer um seguro o meu pai recusou esse seguro . Mesmo assim sem qualquer tipo de autorização enviaram lhe um cartão o meu pai voltou a frizar em chamada telefónica que não queria rigorosamente nenhum seguro. Deparamos-nos com um débito direto de 25€ desta empresa sem qualquer tipo de autorização para tal. ... exigo que anulem o seguro e façam a devolução do dinheiro retirado sem autorização caso contrário entrarei em contato com o meu advogado para tratar do assunto. E até a televisão chamo . Eles andam sempre ansiosos por um escândalo e se for de burlas como está empresa está a fazer ao meu pai mais destaque lhe dão . E quero saber e comprovem onde é que está a autorização de débito direto assinado pelo meu pai.... isto é crime.... Espero uma resposta o mais célere possível .

Expliquem me e comprovem onde está a autorização ? Ninguém pediu nenhuma apólice bem entregou nada ... quem autorizou isto?????
