Encomendas nunca recebidas

Fiz a subscrição e recebi a boxer gratuita direitinho. Já realizei 2 pagamentos e não recebi as outras 2 boxers que prometem no site. Estão lá os modelos e já reclamei que não entregaram e dizem que enviaram, isso já desde o dia dos namorados. Estou muito insatisfeita, era uma prenda para meu namorado e agora é só decepção. Quero receber as duas boxers nunca recebidas ou quero meu dinheiro de volta. Inclusive o primeiro pagamento foi de 11,99€ e o segundo de 12,99€.

Hello, I never received either of them, neither the NYC one nor the other. I'm disappointed, I received the first one without any problem, but the others... I've checked my address and it's correct, how come nothing arrives? I'm waiting and I want to receive them, otherwise, refund my payments, that would also solve the problem!
