Exmos. Senhores, Em 03/09/2024 adquiri vários produtos, da marca Ralph Lauren, pelo valor de 78 €. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo, na altura foi acordado com o vendedor que a entrega seria efetuada até ao dia 15/09/2024. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços, 10/09/2024 e não obtive nenhuma resposta . Assim sendo, dado que o prazo de entrega já foi ultrapassado há bastante tempo, solicito a rescisão do contrato celebrado, informando que não me pode ser aplicada qualquer penalização. Cumprimentos.
