Encomenda não recebida

Exmos. Senhores, No dia 24/07/2025, no vosso estabelecimento do Ubbo Amadora, efetuei a compra de um sofá Keen, associado à Encomenda n.º 000077000052448 e Transação n.º 629052447. Foi-me indicado um prazo de 45 dias úteis para a entrega. Contudo, até à presente data (26/10/2025), já decorreram mais de 45 dias úteis, ultrapassando o prazo contratual!!!!!!! Quero sublinhar que tenho uma familiar a dormir num colchão de ar, quando já poderia estar a usufruir do sofá adquirido. Considero esta situação degradante e inaceitável, pelo que exijo a entrega imediata do artigo, no prazo máximo de 7 dias úteis, sem mais adiamentos. Aguardo a vossa resposta urgente e por escrito.

Após nova confirmação com o fornecedor, informamos que o seu sofá Keen se encontra em fase de pré-carga de fábrica, com previsão de entrada em stock na semana 46 de 2025 (10 a 16 de novembro). Assim que der entrada em armazém, a expedição será priorizada e a transportadora entrará em contacto para agendar a entrega. Estamos conscientes do impacto deste atraso face ao prazo inicialmente indicado e apresentamos as nossas desculpas. Aguardamos a sua indicação e permanecemos ao dispor.
