Encomenda não recebida

Comprei um sofa a pronto pagamento na Loja do Gato preto dia 30.08.2025 com data previsão de entrega 05.10.2025. Chegou o dia e o sofá não foi entregue nem recebemos qualquer mensagem. Tenho ligado para o suporte telefónico mas infelizmente ninguém atende. Enviei mensagem escrita no portal da loja e ao fim 2 dias recebi a seguinte informação: "Antes de mais, agradecemos o seu contacto e pedimos desculpa pela demora na nossa capacidade de resposta. Devido a um volume elevado de contatos, infelizmente não temos conseguido responder com a celeridade que desejávamos. Informamos que, segundo indicação do nosso fornecedor, a expedição do seu sofá está prevista para a 2ª semana de novembro. Importa referir que esta data corresponde ao momento em que o fornecedor entrega a encomenda ao transportador logístico. Após essa entrega, o transportador entrará em contacto consigo para agendar o dia da entrega. Ou seja, além de não avisar o cliente que não foi possível fazer a entrega na data prevista, a data de entrega continua a não estar definida e ainda por cima mais meses a espera enquanto já estão a usufruir do dinheiro que pagamos na integra do sofá. Péssimo serviço. Dei preferencia a loja por ser portuguesa mas com este tipo de serviço não volto a comprar. Infelizmente o serviço prestado é péssimo. Se pudesse pedia o reembolso da compra do sofá e comprava noutro local.
