Encomenda não recebida

Hello. I placed an order on the naturitas.pt website for 52.67 euros on June 6. I still haven't received my order. The tracking shows that there's a problem with it. I have written several support requests, but have not received a response. I would like to get a refund because the waiting time is too long, and I don't think the package will arrive. Thank you
