Exmos. Senhores, Em 19/01/2026 adquiri um/uma (BEM ADQUIRIDO), da marca _Tommy Hilfiger ____, pelo valor de ___69,90__ €. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços e não obtive resposta. Contactei também a empresa responsável pela entrega que me indicou que o contacto deveria ser feito diretamente à Tommy Hilfiger. Assim sendo, dado que o prazo de entrega já foi ultrapassado há bastante tempo, solicito a rescisão do contrato celebrado, informando que não me pode ser aplicada qualquer penalização. Cumprimentos.
