Exmos. Senhores, Em 22-08-2025 adquiri um sofá, da marca CHL cinza, pelo valor de 699,39 €. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo, na altura foi acordado com o vendedor que a entrega seria efetuada até ao dia 30 de Outubro. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços e obtive a resposta de que o bem encontra-se na fábrica para levantamento do transitário e nada me dizem ! Cumprimentos.
