Exmos. Senhores, Em 31 de agosto de 2025 adquiri um sofá, da marca Gato Preto, pelo valor de 599,40 euros. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo, na altura foi acordado com o vendedor que a entrega seria efetuada em até 8 semanas e posteriormente foi acrescentado 10 dias úteis. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue e não houve nenhuma atualização ou alteração do prazo. Assim sendo, gostaria que me fosse informado o andamento da encomenda e se receberei o artigo até o fim da próxima semana que era o prazo máximo informado. Peço também que revejam a taxa de entrega no valor de 49,99 paga para que o sofá seja entregue na data acordada. Cumprimentos.
