I am writing to report a significant issue with my recent order, CECOTEC Forceclima 12800 Soundless Heating Connected portable air conditioner (White One Size/EU Plug 220V), placed on July 1, 2025. My order number is 60046197.
The initial estimated delivery dates were July 3rd or 4th, 2025. When the item was not delivered, the estimated delivery was updated to July 5th, 2025. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered on this revised date either.
Currently, both the Tech Inn website and the MRW tracking website (MRW tracking code: 01613I669957) only show that the "order has been prepared and is awaiting collection by MRW." This status has been displayed since July 3rd, 2025. All previous updates and estimated delivery dates have disappeared from the tracking information.
This lack of information and the repeated delays are very concerning. Could you please investigate the whereabouts of my order and provide an urgent update on its status and a firm delivery date?

Once the parcel is shipped it can´t be cancelled you should reject the parcel when it will be delivered.
