Adquiri uma sweatshirt no sítio da internet que indicava Tommy Hilfiger, paga em cartão, em 09/12/2023 e depois de acompanhar todo o processo de envio, em língua não portuguesa, tive o desprazer de verificar que o processo de entrega havia sido concluído pela empresa. com entrega e assinado, em 09/01/2024, porém não recebi a minha compra e não tenho uma resposta positiva da empresa para a solução do problema. Depois de eu enviar vários e-mails deram me escolha de reenvio ou reembolso, 22/01/2024, em um prazo dilatadissimo. Acolhi o reenvio, mas não obtive resposta com uma solução. Aguardo um breve contato e minha encomenda em minhas mãos.
