Encomenda não entregue nem reembolsada

Dia 24/11/2023 procedi à compra de um artigo de vestuário na loja oficial da Mclaren, tendo o pagamento sido via PayPal. Enviei mail dia 10/12 para saber estado de encomenda e recebi mail automático a informar que teria uma resposta em 5 dias. Tentei novos contactos dia 13, 15 e 17, sem obter qualquer resposta. Dia 20/12 recebi mail a informar que a encomenda tinha sido cancelada, tendo inclusive respondido a esse mail. Até à presente data 27/12 não recebi qualquer reembolso, sendo que já passou mais de um mês da data da encomenda. Considero que foram violadas todos os direitos do consumidor, empresa sem credibilidade alguma, fraudulenta e esquema de burla.
