Encomenda não entregue há mais de 3 meses

Prezados Senhores, Infelizmente, mesmo sabendo da reputação da loja no atraso das entregas de sofás, optei por confiar na marca e no dia 04 de agosto de 2025 adquiri um sofá-cama DEEP junto com serviço de entrega e montagem, no valor de 539,90€, sendo que o pagamento foi efetuado no momento. No dia 21 de setembro de 2025 recebemos um e-mail a informar que devido à elevada afluência de encomendas a entrega que seria feita em até 8 semanas, teria um atraso de 10 dias úteis. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue e a empresa nem sequer se pronunciou novamente. Já efetuei vários contactos, porém não atendem ao telefone. O único dia que consegui foi no dia 05 de novembro e não me deram informações precisas, mas disseram que houve ruptura de estoque e que voltariam a ligar. Não ligaram desde então. Assim sendo, solicito que a loja se pronuncie o quanto antes para que não seja avance para o pedido de indenizações. Cumprimentos.

Eu fiz a compra com o serviço de montagem e retirada do móvel antigo, quero saber se vou ser atendida desta maneira, visto que há relatos de entregas incompletas. Tentei contacto pelo telefone facultado, mas infelizmente não atendem. Preciso dessa confirmação para que o caso fique concluído.
