Encomenda de sofá não recebida e sem previsão

Exmos. Senhores, Em julho/2025 adquiri um sofá pelo valor de 419 € - compra 5719. A compra foi realizada on-line com prazo de entrega de 45 dias (conforme indicado no ato da compra). Até o momento (20/10/2025) não recebi o sofá. Fui em várias lojas físicas para me ajudar nesse ponto e a resposta é que a loja física não pode fazer nada, quando a compra é feita on-line. Já mandei e-mail e sempre com a resposta padrão de "lamentar o ocorrido". Em contacto telefônico fui informada que estão faltando peças para produção e que não podem me passar uma previsão. Um absurdo a espera sem uma previsão. Estou sem sofá, realizei o pagamento corretamente e não tem uma previsão???? O prazo inicial já foi esgotado. Exijo que o sofá seja entregue nos próximos 10 dias sem atraso. Honrei com o pagamento e quero receber o meu sofá. Inadmissível essa situação e falta de compromisso de entrega e transparência da empresa. Cumprimentos.

Já solicitámos produção urgente e estamos a aguardar a confirmação de uma nova data de fabrico/expedição. Assim que o fornecedor nos der essa data, enviaremos a previsão de entrega de imediato. Sabendo que pediu entrega nos próximos 10 dias, e sendo transparentes, com a informação atual não conseguimos garantir esse prazo. Para resolver já, deixo três alternativas e pedimos, por favor, que nos indique a sua preferência: Manter a encomenda com produção urgente – Prioridade máxima junto do fornecedor. – Assim que tivermos a data confirmada, agendamos a entrega com prioridade. - Oferecemos entrega dentro da morada como gesto comercial. - Reembolso integral imediato – Devolvemos a totalidade paga, sem qualquer custo para si. Bom dia! Aceito a entrega dentro de minha casa, bem como deveriam realizar a montagem. Já passou dos limites da PACIÊNCIA essa demora na entrega e a falta de previsão de entrega. Eu exijo uma data de entrega....a data exata! Não aguento mais desculpas. É uma falta de respeito, fiz a compra do sofa em julho, prazo de entrega acabou, fiz todos os pagamentos e até agora não recebi o produto e não tem uma data de entrega.

Boa tarde! Novamente uma resposta padrão, com desculpas, que vão informar assim que souberem e que estão priorizando. Essa resposta eu estou tendo há muito tempo e já sei. O que eu quero é uma DATA. Vou repetir eu exijo uma DATA DE ENTREGA DO MEU SOFÁ! O qual esta pago e não foi entregue nas condições que comprei. Estou há meses na espera e não aguento mais receber resposta padrão.
