Encomenda com defeito

Bom dia, compramos um sofá no gato preto a meio de novembro, o mesmo foi foi entregue e montado no final de dezembro. O sofá esteve sempre no mesmo local, sem nunta ter sido movido neste momento está danificado em 3 partes, sendo que o mesmo é apenas usado para sentar. Tenho tentado o contacto telefónico com a loja pelos números indicados e nunca atendem, muitas vezes esses contactos dão sinal de linha ocupada. Pretendo saber como posso devolver o artigo e no site a informação também não é suficiente. Agradeço ajuda para ultrapassar a situação.

Obtive de facto resposta da empresa, onde a solução apresentada é substituir apenas uma parte do sofá, mantendo o outro lado/braço do sofá sem solução. Acresce que o tempo para estimado para fabrico da peça q pretendem substituir são 7 semanas. Não estando agradado com a solução dada pela empresa, efetuei várias tentativas de contacto para os números de apoio, tendo sido apenas atendido após umas 40/50 chamadas. Como cliente a minha expectativa seria a substituição do artigo na sua íntegra, a sua reparação não é de todo uma solução que reflita a imagem da marca. Estou extremamente desapontado com este processo.

Boa noite, voltei a receber um email com a indicação que a substituição da chaiselong será suficiente para reparar o sofá, o que não acredito. Acresce tal como referi no meu email que segundo a legislação o consumidor pode solicitar a troca do artigo ou cancelamento da compra dentro dos 3 anos se garantia sempre que o mesmo não esteja em conformidade, seja por defeito ou por não cumprir com o anunciado. Mesmo no caso de reparação o prazo que indicam são 7 semanas, o que é impensável, pois o sofá no estado em que se encontra terá um desgaste superior enquanto não for reparado. Reforço que continuo a tentar contacto telefónico mas sempre sem sucesso e emails respodem com bastante desfasamento.

Ontem ligaram me a informar entrega e montagem do artigo até no dia 26/09 entre às 10h e as 14h. Até ao momento nada, mais um prazo e compromisso falhados. Enviei e-mail, tentei contacto telefónico tanto com a loja gato preto como com a empresa que realiza a entrega e não atendem o telefone.

Triste que a única forma que tenho para me responderem é através de reclamações aqui, conforme já informei anteriormente, contacto indicado da transportadora é idêntico ao vosso ninguém atende. Solicito confirmação de novo horário se entrega e contacto que funcione tanto vosso como dá transportadora.

Tendo em conta o sucedido a única solução é devolução do valor do artigo, do valor do transporte e do valor da montagem. Não houve até ao momento qualquer demonstração de preocupação da vossa parte, nem um simples telefonema.

Hoje vieram finalmente efetuar a dita reparação do sofá, tendo sido efetuado já fora da data agendada. Deixo fotos do estado do sofá após a reparação que segundo o Gato preto resolveria o problema.

Face ao exposto nas comunicações anteriores e após provas fotográficas que a reparação efetuada não resolveu o constrangimento solicito a troca do artigo ou o cancelamento da compra com a devolução de todos os valores envolvidos (artigo ; transporte; montagem)
