Exmos. Senhores, Em 20/07/2025 adquiri um SofáCHL Antracite271,pelo valor de 599,40 Euros. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo, na altura foi acordado com o vendedor que a entrega seria efetuada até 60 dias úteis. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços e obtive a resposta de que o bem está atrasado, porem me ligaram no dia 07/10/2025, e disseram-me que o mesmo seria entregue até dia 17/10/2025. Assim sendo, exijo, no prazo máximo de 7 dias, que procedam à entrega do referido Sofá, sob pena de resolução do contrato, e sem prejuízo do direito de indemnização por eventuais danos causados, assim como crises de anciedade.
