We could not board today (Oct 14) for our flight Lisbon - Praia. We were at the airport 3 hours earlier. The line were insane and no help was provided by TAP to make sure those who have early flight can board. We warned the police officers and the airport staff about the situation but nothing was done. We lost our flight ( we were more than 30people left behind by your company. This is unacceptable. I am requesting the refund of my inbound flight since I was asked to buy another ticket (attached).
