Embarque recusado com Autorização de Residência

Fiz a reserva de um vôo de Portugal para Alicante, Espanha, para mim, minha esposa e minhas duas filhas. Vivemos legalmente em Portugal há dois anos, e a minha filha mais nova é cidadã Portuguesa.Antes do embarque revisei as informações contidas no site da RyanAir acerca dos documentos necessários para o embarque, onde diz: When travelling with Ryanair, we generally accept 2 forms of ID:A valid passportA valid National Identity Card.We do not accept a driver's license or birth certificate for travel to any location. It is each passenger’s responsibility to carry Photo ID which meets our requirements and the requirements of the relevant Immigration Authority.Já viajamos para esse mesmo destino por outras companhias aéreas, que usam os mesmos termos para listar os documentos aceitos para o embarque, e a Autorização de Residência foi aceita. Por ser um documento nacional com foto, e não estar listada nas exclusões como a carta de condução e a certidão de nascimento, achamos que seria suficiente para o embarque.No portão de embarque, porém, fomos impedidos de embarcar somente com esse documento. Uma das minhas filhas não estava com o passaporte e portanto não pudemos embarcar.A companhia aérea tem o direito de solicitar tantos documentos quanto quiserem, porém isso precisa estar escrito de forma clara para evitar ambiguididades.
