relativa à bagagem de porão, a qual mereceu a nossa melhor atenção.
Lamentamos sinceramente a situação que descreve e compreendemos plenamente o incómodo e os prejuízos que a perda temporária dos seus pertences pessoais lhe causou.
Contudo, importa esclarecer que a ANA, SA/VINCI Airports tem como principal função estabelecer, manter e desenvolver as infraestruturas aeroportuárias nacionais, não interferindo na gestão operacional das companhias aéreas, handlers ou demais entidades oficiais que desenvolvem as suas atividades nos aeroportos portugueses.
A responsabilidade pelo transporte, manuseamento e entrega das bagagens de porão — desde o momento do check-in até à recolha no aeroporto de destino — é da exclusiva competência da companhia aérea operadora do voo, no seu caso, a Brussels Airlines.
Assim, sugerimos que apresente a sua reclamação diretamente junto da companhia aérea em causa, a qual dispõe dos meios adequados para localizar a sua bagagem e dar o devido seguimento à situação. Poderá fazê-lo através dos canais de contacto disponíveis no respetivo sítio web:
