Exmos. Senhores,
Se for um caso ao qual a DECO me possa prestar assistência, a informação que o Facebook dá é que «If you disagree with our decision, you can [...] challenge it before the competent judicial courts» e «You may have the right to challenge our decision in your country's courts. You may also be able to refer our decision to a certified dispute settlement body.»
Aproveito esta oportunidade para referir que, entre outras publicações minhas, no grupo em causa, se encontram:

Censorship is alive and well on Facebook
On March 11, 2024, Facebook “disabled” the private group “Harker Heights Talk,” “due to continued Community Standards violations.” It will be eight weeks, this May 6. Created in July of 2017, the group grew to have 1558 members. Now, only the administrator can see it, but he is not able to see the alleged violations that led to the group being taken down.
According to Facebook the group was disabled because “Harker Heights Talk” went against Facebook’s Community Standards on spam. Facebook knows they’re not always right, so if one thinks they got it wrong one can disagree with their decision and in some cases get the restriction removed.
A review of the Facebook decision was requested on the same day, March 11. If one thinks Facebook made a mistake, one can request another review. A review was requested again and again, on March 12, 13, 14, 16, 23, and on April 1, and 11.
On April 12, Facebook stated that the group’s administrator profile had no issues, but it had removed one of his posts, because he tried to get likes, follows, shares or video views in a misleading way.
The post, made on June 30, 2023, shared, in the Harker Heights Talk group, an article published on December 22, 2022, at the address: https://www.safes.so/blogs/dangers-of-posting-childrens-pictures-on-social-media/. Facebook further stated that the post went against their Community Standards on spam.
Following a request for a review of that decision, the post was restored, but the group is still disabled, with no further information or feedback from Facebook.
Sincerely,
Virgilio A. P. Machado
