I went to bodyconcept almada on march 12,Because they were promoting on facebook that they will give 1st session of leaser treatment for free (any small area of body),so i choose armpit, i went there then at 1st they told me to fill up my details,i did. later they ask me for my all details i thought it’s normal to give personal details to a service provider so i gave but later the lady there ask my all bank details including my visa expiry date and cvv,i feel off and i denied to give then she ask my IBAN,that i gave. and later she ask me the code that was send by Cofidis on my phone, i gave her though i was still unsatisfied with the prices. but she told me not to worry because they are certified company and for the guarantee of certificate she told me to sign and i signed without reading because my Portuguese language is not soo good then they ask me to buy the kit ,i bought also.but after i returned home i really wanted to cancel the contract and i even didn’t start any session so i went bodyconcept almada 17 march to cancel but they denied i already send the registered letter for both parties i hope this complain give justice for me and make me free of this unappropriated contract
