Denúncia contra AEGEAN por violação do Regulamento Europeu 261/2004

No âmbito do Regulamento Europeu 261/2004:
- Dia 23/12/2025 submeti formulário no site da companhia aerea AEGEAN, com todos os comprovativos;
- Dia 24/12/2025 recebi e-mail automático AEGEAN e confirmei pedido anterior;
- Dia 7/01/2026 recebi e-mail AEGEAN a recusar ilegalmente o cumprimento do dever de compensação, violando o Regulamento Europeu 261/2004.

Complaint against AEGEAN for violation of European Regulation 261/2004
Dear Sirs/Madams:
Within the scope of European Regulation 261/2004:
- On December 23, 2025, I submitted a form on the AEGEAN airline website, with all supporting documents.
- On December 24, 2025, I received an automated email from AEGEAN confirming my previous request.
- On January 7, 2026, I received an email from AEGEAN illegally refusing to fulfill the obligation to compensate, violating European Regulation 261/2004.
I have attached all supporting documents.
