To whom it may concern,In October 2020 I bought a thinkpad e15 computer. At first I started to notice that the computer appeared to be charging when in reality it wasn't. However, as it was an issue that did not affect the overall performance of the computer, I left it alone. More recently, the computer started not turning on when it was not plugged in for a certain period of time (even when it was turned off). Despite this, I did the complete discharge trick and was able to start the computer eventually. In the beggining of september this happened again, only this time it doesn't turn on.I have already spoken to the brand's customer support, asking for a free repair because from what I read online, the entire e15 line of thinkpads have this defect. However, Lenovo states that the computer is not eligible for this type of repair and provided a repair quote of 800 euros (almost the value of the new computer, which cost 989.90€).This laptop wasn't working properly from the beggining. A free repair of this computer would be the minimum Lenovo could offer.Regards.
