Dear Porto Airport team, I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding an excessive and misleading charge of €52.00 in the "Curbsides Arrivals" car park at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, on October 24, 2025. There was no clear or visible information about the price of parking at the entrance or next to the payment machine. We only knew the total amount at the time of departure. The employee present at the barrier was not very helpful and not at all cooperating, leaving us with no alternative but to pay immediately, since we were blocking the vehicles behind us and accompanied by our 3-year-old daughter. According to Decree-Law No. º 24/2014, which regulates consumer rights, and Law No. 144/2015, on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes, service providers must inform clearly, visibly and transparently about prices before use. The absence of this information constitutes a violation of consumer rights. Thus, I request: 1. The complete review of the situation and the refund of the amount charged (€52). 2. The confirmation of the measures that ANA Airports will implement to ensure clear price signaling and in accordance with the law.
