This company demanded that I send my private documents: NIF, Cartao de Cidadao and IBAN. Upon me requesting the reason for that, they have been avoiding the subject for a month. I am not their customer, I have been the victim of a terrible problem with one of their customer and I do not know what they want from me. This is unacceptable. I am pressing charges for a breach of data privacy if they continue to ignore my complaints. 1 month, countless emails and NOTHING except a template with a sorry excuse. I've called them as I live abroad and PAID over 17€ to get NO ANSWER. They promised to call back and NEVER did. It's full of excuses and clearly illegal.
