I have renewed the contract which ended in February 2021. But during that time I did inform the person who assisted me for the renewal that, I may be moving out of Portugal any time sooner in coming months so I do not want to renew the contract as I know I will incur fines during contract closure. But the person has assured me that if the reason is valid and I can prove that I am moving out of Portugal it should be possible to waiver off this penalty. In the contract it is mentioned as provided Justifiable reasons the contract can be terminated without penalty and I expected leaving Portugal is more than a Justifiable reason. But now Meo is asking me to pay 330Euros to close the contract.Can you please help me on this topic
