Compra no site da Gato Preto – entrega em 60 dias úteis não informada no ato da compra

No dia 28/09/2025, realizei a compra de duas caçarolas no site da loja Gato Preto. No momento da compra, não havia qualquer informação sobre prazos de entrega diferenciados. Pelo contrário, efetuei o pagamento do frete expresso, acreditando que a entrega seguiria os prazos comuns praticados pela maioria das lojas online. Para minha surpresa, após a conclusão do pedido, recebi um e-mail informando que a entrega só seria realizada em 60 dias úteis. Considero esse prazo totalmente desproporcional e inaceitável, além de não ter sido informado de forma clara e transparente antes da finalização da compra. Caso tivesse conhecimento desse prazo, jamais teria efetuado a compra. Desde então, não consigo contato com a loja: • Os números de telefone disponibilizados não atendem; • Já enviei e-mails para o endereço indicado no site e não obtive qualquer resposta; • Não existe forma de acompanhar o envio, nem opção de cancelamento do pedido pela plataforma. Portanto, diante da ausência de transparência e de suporte ao cliente, não aceito esperar 60 dias úteis pela entrega. Exijo o cancelamento imediato da compra e o reembolso integral do valor pago, incluindo o valor do frete expresso. Aguardo uma solução urgente.

Para clarificar: A sua encomenda refere-se a artigos de pequeno volume. Já solicitámos expedição prioritária ao nosso armazém. A recolha pela DPD está prevista para amanhã, 01/10/2025. Assim que a transportadora recolher, enviaremos o link de acompanhamento. Se, ainda assim, preferir cancelar, anulamos de imediato a encomenda 8196 e procedemos ao reembolso integral, incluindo o valor do envio expresso. O reembolso é efetuado pelo mesmo método de pagamento e pode demorar até 10 dias úteis, dependendo da entidade financeira. Agradecemos que nos confirme por e-mail se pretende manter a encomenda com expedição prioritária ou avançar com o cancelamento.
