I am writing to formally file a complaint against Habyt.com for their failure to uphold the terms of our contract and to request your assistance in resolving this matter.On 30.08.23, I entered into a rental agreement with Habyt.com for a property located at Alameda das Linhas de Torres 95/ Lisbon / Portugal / 1750140. The contract included a specific provision that stated that if I chose to withdraw my contract within 14 days after signing, I would be entitled to a full refund of all payments made up to that point.Subsequently, I decided to exercise this provision and submitted my contract withdrawal request on 03.09.23, following the outlined procedures in the contract. To my disappointment, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from Habyt.com regarding my request. Instead, they have contacted me, demanding payment for the next month's rent, which directly contradicts the contractual agreement.I have made several attempts to contact Habyt.com's customer support team via the provided contact information, including phone calls and emails, but have received no response or assistance. This lack of communication and disregard for our contractual agreement is both unprofessional and unacceptable.As a result, I am left with no alternative but to escalate this matter and seek assistance from your agency to secure the refund that I am legally entitled to under our contract.
