Dear Ryanair Customer Service,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unjust charge I was subjected to during boarding for flight FR5147 on 9 September 2025, from Copenhague to London Stansted.
At the airport, I was charged €56 for my cabin bag, with the claim that it exceeded the allowed size. However, my bag fully complies with Ryanair’s cabin baggage dimensions. I have photographic evidence clearly showing the bag fitting into the baggage sizer without issue.
This charge was applied unfairly, despite my full compliance with your baggage policy. Therefore, I respectfully request:
* A full refund of the €56 charged at the gate;
* A proper review of the incident, taking into account the evidence I can provide;
* And, if appropriate, an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the next steps for submitting the supporting photos.
