Exmos. Senhores, No passado dia 12/09, efectuei a reserva de uma viatura de lauguer através do site da Carject com o comprovativo de Aluguer - CJT-151870868. Foi-me cobrado o valor de 43,39€, sendo que o valor remanescente seria pago no rent-a-car. Acontece, que no próprio dia, efectuei o cancelamento do mesmo, tendo sido enviado pela Carject um email a informar que o cancelamento tinha sido aceite, e que o valor ja pago, seria devolvido pela mesma via. Até hoje, nem sinal. Já enviei 2 email, sempre se resposta. Esta situação constitui um abuso e uma falta das condições acordadas por ambas as partes. Bom dia, Apos verificação da conta, não consta o valor 43,39€ na minha conta na data que fizeram a operação, ou nas datas posteriores. Além de, não reconhecer o cartão com a terminação ***0618. Pergunto se a operação foi efectuada. Agradeço resposta urgente. Obrigado, Miguel Grilo

Hello James, Tou can see the reply that i send to you, on 19/10. Witsh i am saying that ..."i don't recognize the number 0618"...of the card that you refound. So two things happend. Or the card was an old whan, and dosen't exist anymore, or it wa a net card (provisional), and it dosen't exist animore. So is impossible for you to naje the transaction. I don't have the monney on mny bank account. See and confirmed id the transaction was made, necause it cud be made, but cancel by the bank because the is no card with the nunber that you give back. Please, check it. I can give you another card number to make transaction, or other method like Paypal. Best regards, Miguel
