Hi,
We consulted Green Motion and they informed us that you refused to accept any of the conditions of the hire regarding the insurance and excess.
As such, the rental could not proceed.
Please note that we informed you of all the requirements in advance of the booking.
There is no refund applicable in this case I'm afraid.
