Cancelamento sem reembolso

Exmos. Senhores, Vou viajar em uma semana e precisava cancelar ou trocar as minhas passagens aéreas compradas no Booking e simplesmente me informaram que não são reembolsáveis. Registro aqui a minha reclamação pelo absurdo de comprar algo, 7 dias antes pedir cancelamento ou troca, e receber a notícia que não poderei fazer nem um nem outro. Cumprimentos.
