We try to minimise flight changes, but occasionally due to airport and air traffic restrictions we may be forced to do so.Ryanair regret any inconvenience caused by the change to the schedule of the flight. We offer refunds to customers whose schedule change is greater than five hours. Our no refunds policy is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, agreed to at the time of purchase.Customers can request a change to flight dates and customer names, prior to the original date of departure, by contacting our Customer Care. Change fees and possible fare difference will apply.We inform you thatRyanair is a ‘point-to-point' airline. We can offer only one connecting flight (for example, travelling from A to C, with a connecting flight at B) in the booking and as the connection flight was on a separate reservation, we are not in the position to process the requested refund and reimbursement.We are only responsible if passengers have booked a connecting flight with us (just one reservation number) and miss their connection because the first flight is cancelled or delayed.
