Venho, por este meio, comunicar que me sinto lesada pela companhia Ryanair. Comprei um voo há vários meses, para o mês de agosto de 2024 no entanto ontem recebi um email da Ryanair a referir que a hora do voo tinha sido alterada. quando confirmei a alteração, verifiquei que anteciparam o voo das 19h40 para as 13h45 (5h50). Desta forma, isto não é uma alteração do horário de voo, é considerado um cancelamento. Ou seja, eles tinham dois voos para Milão, um às 13h45 e outro às 19h40 e atualmente só têm o das 13h45, simplesmente cancelaram o voo das 19h40. Entretanto, já tinha pedido dias de férias, já tinha comprado outro voo para continuar a viagem e deste modo, prejudicou-me todo o planeamento, não dando resposta Às minhas necessidades. Já contactei a empresa, que apenas me dá a hipótese de transferir a reserva para outro voo deles nesse mesmo dia , o que não me convém devido ao horário (é 5h50 mais cedo do que o que eu tinha comprado) , ou efetuam o reembolso. No entanto, eu agora não consigo comprar outro voo, numa outra companhia. Desta forma, considero que fui lesada, até porque a companhia não apresentou razões válidas para o cancelamento do voo e reclamo que a empresa me assegure a resolução do caso: ou me reacomodem em outro voo, mais ou menos no mesmo horário, mesmo que seja em outra companhia aérea, ou procedam à indemnização.Atenciosamente,Márcia Barbosa
