Cancelamento de encomenda

Serve o presente para apresentar uma queixa relativamente à minha encomenda realizada em 11/08/2025, referente a um sofá adquirido através da vossa loja online. A encomenda tem sofrido um atraso significativo na entrega. Compreendo que determinados prazos possam ser normais, conforme informado no site; contudo, por questões pessoais, fui obrigada a adquirir outro sofá, pelo que não pretendo receber esta encomenda. Tentei, sem sucesso, contactar a loja por diversas vias: Envio de 2 a 3 e-mails, sem qualquer resposta; Chamadas telefónicas para os 3 números disponíveis para apoio ao cliente, que se encontravam sempre ocupados ou desligados. Neste sentido, solicito o cancelamento imediato da minha encomenda e o reembolso integral do valor já pago, antes que a entrega seja efetuada, para evitar quaisquer encargos adicionais de devolução. Tenho tentado realizar o cancelamento há cerca de 2 a 3 semanas, mas sem êxito.
