No dia de ontem efetuei uma reserva na carjet e no dia de hoje tentei ir buscar o carro mas disseram me que tinha de ter um cartão de crédito com 900€, que era obrigatório. Se é obrigatório não deveria deixar reservar com cartão de débito. Agora não me devolvem o dinheiro da reserva ou seja 159€ e não usei o carro.

Se não fosse um negócio a empresa que entrega o carro ter-me-ia dito para cancelar antes da hora em vez de me mandarem esperar para irem perguntar se havia alternativa. Eu teria cancelado antes da hora. Foi minha primeira vez, aprendi. Alugar carros nunca mais. Para além de que nem deveria dar para pagar sem um cartão de crédito se fossem sinceros. Mas anda tudo é para tirar o dinheiro as pessoas. E se elas não usarem os carros ainda melhor que foi o meu caso. Pensem mais nos clientes.
