There are numerous problems with the building in Largo Intendente. One of which is there have been no fans in the bathrooms for months. This has created damp in the apartments. I have been complaining for over 6 months now to numerous parties within the group (over 10 emails at least) and i have received no response for months.
Terrible terrible customer service from the strata management- yet they have no problems in contacting you with the quarterly invoices!
