Yesterday I was in Cascais and I loaded 10€ to ride the scooters, the option to auto reload was off because I knew i had a tight budget and I assumed it would let me know when the money I have loaded on the app was close to finishing. Later on I get off the scooter and 34€ have been taken from my account with no authorisation. My auto reload was off, these transactions were unsolicited. This is daylight robbery. They can keep the 10€ I loaded onto the app but I want the rest of my money back ( 24€)
