O meu nome é Ivan da Conceição Ismael Júniior.Viajei com a companhia EMIRATES em abril.Com o número do bilhete: ETKT 7062304405084 EK/BBV526 De Joanesburgo - Dubai e destino final Lisboa, no dia 18 de abril deste ano. No entanto, quando cheguei a Lisboa, pude constatar que a minha bagagem registada no porão em Joanesburgo, não chegou.Nela tinha os meus bens de valor.No entanto, apresentei queixa nos perdidos e achados e deram-me um formulário para preencher.... No entanto, já não o tenho comigo porque o tempo passou. Contudo, preenchi o inventario da companhia enviado por eles , e remeti novamente por email.. Oque me dizem sempre para seguir aguardando... ISTO DESDE ABRIL... Gostaria de saber como podem ajudar-me nesta questão Por favor?Uma vez que não tenho tido sucesso aqui em Portugal no vosso balcão de representação, muito menos no aeroporto nos perdidos e achados.
