Atraso na entrega e falta de previsão de entrega

Exmos. Senhores, No dia 13 de julho de 2025 comprei um sofá no vosso site, com prazo de entrega anunciado de 2 a 4 semanas. Já passaram mais de dois meses e, de forma absolutamente inaceitável, o sofá continua por entregar. Ao longo destas semanas, tenho feito várias tentativas de contacto convosco. Recebi respostas contraditórias e sucessivos adiamentos — primeiro mais 10 dias úteis, depois mais 2 semanas, e mais tarde a promessa de entrega na semana 36. Já estamos a meio da semana 38 e continuo sem qualquer data concreta para a entrega. A vossa forma de atuação é inadmissível: vendem produtos sem garantir stock real, fazem campanhas promocionais sem capacidade logística para as cumprir e falham repetidamente na comunicação com o cliente. É inaceitável que uma empresa com a vossa dimensão mantenha os clientes neste nível de incerteza e frustração. Exijo de imediato uma resposta clara e definitiva com a data de entrega do sofá. Este atraso prolongado e falta de profissionalismo ultrapassam todos os limites do razoável e mancham gravemente a confiança que qualquer cliente possa ter na vossa marca. Infelizmente, esta campanha parece ter sido feita não com o objetivo de satisfazer o cliente e cumprir os prazos de entrega, mas sim para gerar liquidez imediata, sabendo de antemão dos atrasos e dos riscos envolvidos. Essa prática, a confirmar-se, é extremamente grave e mina por completo a confiança na empresa. Por tudo isto, exijo uma resposta urgente e inequívoca quanto à data prevista para a expedição e entrega do meu sofá.
