No dia 12/05/2025 efetuei a compra de um sofá na loja Gato Preto, tendo sido informado no momento da compra que a entrega demoraria entre 3 a 4 semanas. No entanto, já estamos no dia 09/09/2025 e até à presente data o produto ainda não foi entregue. Ao longo destes quase 4 meses de espera, e inúmeras tentativas de contactos tenho recebido respostas vagas, uma delas dizendo como colocado em anexo que entregaria seria entre dia 24 de Agosto até dia 30 mesmo já estando muito atrasada, a justificação é sempre que o sofá será “expedido em breve”, mas isso nunca acontece. Esta situação é inadmissível e demonstra falta de profissionalismo e de responsabilidade para com o cliente. Estou sem sofá durante todo este período e sem qualquer solução efetiva por parte da empresa. Exijo a entrega imediata do produto ou, caso contrário, o reembolso integral do valor pago, acrescido de eventuais compensações por todos os transtornos causados. Peço que esta situação seja resolvida com urgência.
