Atraso e falta de resposta na entrega da encomenda

Exmos. Senhores da Loja do Gato Preto, Venho, por este meio, apresentar uma reclamação formal relativa à minha encomenda, efetuada na loja online no dia 12/07/2025. ( ver anexo) No momento da compra, foi-me indicado um prazo de entrega entre 2 a 4 semanas para o sofá encomendado. (ver anexo) No entanto, já se passaram 12 semanas, estando agora na 13 semana e, até à data, não recebi qualquer atualização nem a entrega do produto. Durante este período, tentei por diversas vezes contactar o serviço de apoio ao cliente por telefone, mas nunca obtive resposta. Enviei igualmente vários e-mails, tanto para o endereço de contacto disponibilizado como através do site da empresa, tendo recebido apenas uma resposta no dia 27/08, na qual foi indicada uma previsão de expedição para o dia 20/09/2025, data que já foi ultrapassada sem qualquer novo contacto ou explicação. Além disso, desloquei-me várias vezes à loja física na tentativa de resolver a situação. Curiosamente, apenas após essa deslocação recebi a única resposta por e-mail mencionada anteriormente. Mais recentemente, fui informada na loja de que já não poderiam enviar mais comunicações à sede e que deveria “ter paciência”, o que considero uma resposta inadequada perante o cliente, tendo em conta o atraso já superior a dois meses face ao prazo máximo indicado. Esta situação revela uma falta de transparência e de respeito pelo consumidor, agravada pela ausência total de acompanhamento após o incumprimento do prazo contratual. Face ao exposto, solicito uma resposta urgente com uma nova data de entrega confirmada e que seja avaliada a possibilidade de um gesto comercial como forma de compensação pelos transtornos causados. Após verificação, informamos que o artigo da encomenda 4611 se encontra, neste momento, sem stock por parte do fornecedor. Foi-nos indicada uma previsão de reposição de stock até 4 semanas. Para resolver de forma simples, deixamos duas opções: Manter a encomenda , manteremos a prioridade junto do fornecedor e informaremos de imediato assim que houver data de expedição confirmada. Partilharemos nova atualização. Cancelar a encomenda , podemos anular o contrato e proceder ao reembolso integral pelo mesmo meio de pagamento, sem qualquer custo. Bom dia, Venho por este meio solicitar novas informações relativamente ao estado da nossa encomenda e expressar a minha incompreensão quanto à falta de notícias sobre a mesma. De facto, foi-nos informado da vossa parte (ver email anterior) que seria feita uma atualização semanal do estado da encomenda. No entanto, a única atualização que recebemos ocorreu apenas após um contacto prévio da nossa parte. Já solicitámos que, assim que a matéria-prima esteja disponível e a produção seja finalizada, a expedição da sua encomenda seja tratada com prioridade. Para total transparência: • Estado atual: produção suspensa por falta de matéria-prima. • Próximo passo do fornecedor: reposição de matéria-prima (sem data confirmada). • Ação da Gato Preto: pedido de prioridade na linha de produção e expedição imediata logo que possível. Comprometemo-nos a enviar uma atualização semanal, mesmo que não haja alterações, todas as sextas-feiras, ou antes se surgirem novidades relevantes.
