Atraso da entrega da encomenda

Exmos. Senhores, Em 19 de julho de 2025 adquiri um sofá “KEEN”, da marca A LOJA DO GATO PRETO, pelo valor de 599euros e 40centimos. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. Conforme fatura-recibo, na altura foi acordado com o vendedor que a entrega seria efetuada entre as 2 e as 4 semanas seguintes. Contudo, até à presente data, o mesmo ainda não foi entregue. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços, quer via e-mail quer vai telefónica, e obtive a resposta de que o bem está para entrega, tendo sido referidas várias datas, a qual nenhuma delas foi cumprida. Esta situação é insuportável, inadmissível e desrespeitosa para com o cliente. Se a marca em questão não tem capacidade para realizar períodos promocionais, não os realizem. Assim sendo, tendo em conta todos os transtornos já causados, exijo que a situação seja resolvida até ao final da semanas corrente. Cumprimentos.

Boa tarde, Formalizo mais uma vez este contacto, no sentido de tentativa de conclusão de todo este processo moroso. A minha encomenda (#5065), tal como referido anteriormente, aparenta estar parada num armazém há 7 dias, sem eu ter qualquer atualização da mesma. Os contactos fornecidos da transportadora não estão disponíveis, pelo que, também não me é possível resolver ou obter qualquer informação. Mais uma vez, manifesto o meu descontentamento e a falta de respeito e consideração que têm para com os vossos clientes. Acho inadmissível toda a situação: atraso de mais do dobro do tempo estimado para a expedição da encomenda; cada elemento da equipa com quem comunico transmite uma informação diferente; várias vezes fiquei a aguardar por um novo contacto com informação adicional da vossa parte que nunca existiu.
