On the 15th of December, I reached Airbnb concerned with the delay of the payment as my guest arrived on the 10th of December and according to the articles I have read before contacting the support, this should be ok but the delay wouldn't take long.Well, it's been a big hassle. I am on vacation and I trusted Airbnb to help promote and receive the payment from my guest. Yes, this is not a free service and Airbnb received the money already.Here is the list of hellos I received the past communications:Ryan M., a member of the Airbnb Community Support teamMark P., a member of the Airbnb Community Support team.My name is Justine A., a member of the Airbnb Community Support teamThis is Michael one of the support ambassadors from AirbnbUday here. I am your Resolutions AmbassadorOn the phone Tânia and now, Ana.I am impressed with such a lack of respect and will to help coming from the support of Airbnb.As I said before, this is not a free service. Airbnb has already been paid by the guest, it only needs to send the due payment to the owner of the place. This is not a sustainable cycle as I will never again consider Airbnb as a serious platform to help me and others rent their places. I am disappointed and vulnerable as I welcomed the guest, paid for his expenses, prepared the house and now he's left. I trusted Airbnb, such a shame.
