Venho por este meio reclamar contra a empresa grega de serviços de ferry SEAJETS (https://www.seajets.com).
A situação está descrita no email que passo a citar, enviado diretamente à SEAJETS no dia 24/08/2024:
"Hello,
My name is Zulmira Maria dos Ramos Bica Vicente (portuguese citizen) and me and my boyfriend Mário José de Castro Ferro (also a portuguese citizen) were passengers with tickets numbered Q 1672436 and Q 1672437 on a ferry from Agnontas (Skopelos) to Mantoudi, on the 21st of august 2024.
The ferry was supposed to depart at 11:30 AM but it only departed an hour and a half later. It therefore only arrived in Mantoudi at around 5:00 PM. During the trip on the ferry we tried to contact SeaJets several times explaining that our flight was at risk due to this delay, but the collaborators on the other side of the call always hung up the phone.
We spoke directly to the captain of the boat who also got no response from the company.
We also had tickets for the bus from Mantoudi to Athens at 2:02 PM but due to the delay in the ferry we could only take this bus at around 5:30 PM.
Our flight back to Portugal (n.º TP7399- TAP Portugal) was scheduled for 8:30 PM. After much effort we still were not able to catch this flight since we arrived at the airport at 8:15 PM.
As a result, we had to book new tickets to a new flight (nº A3720- Aegean Airlines) scheduled for 08:30 AM on the 22nd of august 2024, and so we had to sleep in the airport.
These new tickets cost us 637,38 euros (as attached documents show).
With this in mind I ask you for a full refund on the price of the tickets to the second flight (637,38 euros).
