Sofá com defeito - Reclamação não resolvida

Boa tarde, No dia 17/07 recebi um sofá que não está em condições, já o disse em chamada e já o disse por e-mail várias vezes. O defeito na almofada do chaise longue é bem visível, pagámos por um artigo que supostamente é de qualidade e só nos tem trazido problemas desde o primeiro dia. Desde o dia 18/07 que estou em contacto com o Gato Preto, chamadas, e-mails, e não resolvem o problema. Paguei por um artigo que tem defeitos claros, no chaise longue e na almofada de um dos módulos. A Loja não me responde aos e-mails, no ultimo contacto disseram que o pedido estava em tratamento, isto já foi há 1 mês, estamos há 3 meses a tentar resolver este problema. O Gato Preto tem que nos trocar os módulos que têm problemas, trocar todo o sofá ou então que nos devolvam o dinheiro que pagámos. Disponibilizei-me para receber um técnico do gato preto em casa para verificar o sofá, para além de ter enviado fotos e vídeos. É lamentável que uma marca como o Gato Preto nao tenha qualquer consideração pos seus clientes.

Atualização: o fornecedor já iniciou a produção da almofada de assento do módulo . Assim que confirmarmos se o encosto também está afetado, poderemos incluir essa peça na mesma ordem de produção. Após rececionarmos estes elementos, juntaremos tudo ao seu processo e enviaremos por escrito os próximos passos e prazos. Bom dia, Agradeço a resposta. Envio em anexo algumas fotos do sofá, tal como solicitado. Relembro que ja tinha enviado fotos e vídeos para o e-mail do Gato Preto. Como podem ver nas fotos a única almofada que mantém a estrutura intacta é a da ponta direita, a almofada do chaise longue e do módulo central estão bastante deformadas. O Chaise longue esta com claros defeitos em toda a almofada, encosto e assento, faz uma cova bastante grande, e o módulo central tem problemas no encosto. Não consigo anexar o vídeo vou enviar para o e-mail do Gato Preto, demonstre qualquer forma já têm do vosso lado esses vídeos porque já os tinha enviado anteriormente. Se precisarem de algum dado adicional informem por favor. Já estamos com este problema há bastante tempo, precisamos que nos indiquem qual o prazo para resolução. Atentamente, Telma Bacala
