Seguro Metlife/Oney

A Empresa Meetlife contactou-me telefonicamente em agosto de 2023 publicitando um seguro de acidentes pessoais e de saúde . Nesse telefonema foi-me esclarecudi que seria enviado um email com as condições de um seguro para avaliar uma possível adesão ao mesmo, até porque reiterei que nunca iria assinar nada sem ler primeiro as condições.Verifiquei este mês, juntamente com a Oney, que me estava ser cobrado através do cartão ONEY a quantia de 15,52 euros mensais e que ao contrário do que pensava, estava relacionado com o contrato que fiz com a Metlife ao qual não tinha conhecimento.Esta cobrança é abusiva uma vez que não subscrevi nenhum seguro nem tão puco recebi nenhuma informação sobre as condições do contrato.Contactei ambas as empresas (Meetlife e Oney) e não obtive resposta da parte da Metlife. A Oney diz que é um assunto a tratar com a Metlife.No fundo, estão desde Setembro a pedir um pagamento de 15,52 eur de algo que eu não subscrevi.Exigo por isso uma dissolução do suposto contrato (já enviei email para o apoio ao cliente da Metlife a exigir isso mesmo) e respetiva devolução do valor em causa.15,52 eur X 4 (meses) = 62,08 eurObrigado
