Seguro Acidentes Pessoais Junior

Venho Por este meio apresentar uma reclamação, junto da Metlife, tenho um Seguro de AP Junior para os meus filhos, e onde o meu filho foi submetido a uma operação de urgência no dia 29 de Maio 2023, e mandamos todos documentos para a companhia dia 07 de Junho 2023, uma vez que ele tem cobertura de apoio a cirurgia no valor de capital de 700€ e so fui reembolsada de 399€, quero que me justifiquem o valor, uma vez que o me foi apresentado nas coberturas e o que está na cobertura é 700€, . Além de demorarem quase 2 meses a analisar um simples sinistro.

Agradeço que me seja pago o devido de valor, pois o que me foi apresentado foi aquelas coberturas e não que existeria uma tabela para operações, alias nunca tal coisa houvi falar. Por não falar no tempo de demora no tratamento das coisas mandei os documentos do sinistro para mediação no dia 06 de Junho quando foi enviado para a metlife e ate hoje ainda não tenho assunto resolvido, só dia 27 de Junho foi aberto o sinistro. Aliás quando subscrevemos um seguro é para ser atividado em situações necessários, sendo Privado ou Publico. Passei horas ao telefone a reclamar, tenho feito reclamações diárias e agora dizem me que o valor a pagar e menos do que está nas coberturas ?. A metlife não tem consideração pelos clientes,

Venho novamente a reclamar, uma vez que nunca recebi as condições particulares e nunca me foi comunicado que a coberturas não seria o capital que menciona e que seria tabelado. Em relação ao internamento é mentira o que dizem que existiu informação contraditória, sempre foi informado tanto por mim cliente ( telefone e via email e tambem a mediação) que o menino não fez as 24h de internamento, inclusive voltei a pedir novos relatórios ao hospital que foram iguais aos que enviamos inicialmente, simplesmente entreguei tambem da urgencia uma vez que o menino foi durante o dia a urgencia e só depois a noite foi submetido a cirurgia de urgencia, e deram alta logo ao dia a segui, só que a seguradora só se limitou a analisar essa cobertura e da outra nem falaram, aliás para abrir um sinistro demoraram 20 dias. Continuo a alegar que foi uma falta de respeito pelo cliente a maneira que a Metlife trabalha incluisive vender seguros e não explicar aos clientes as coberturas, e mais grava nunca ter recebido as condições, por isso o que eu contratei foi o unico documento que eu recebi onde tem como cobertura 700€,.Mais uma vez reclamo, que seguda em telefone mais uma vez com a Metlife, me foi comunicado que foi dado ordem de pagamento e seria 2/3 dias uteis e até hoje não tenho qualquer valor na conta. Hoje volto a ligar e dizem-me que demoram 10 dias???? e eu pergunto afinal informação contraditória diz a Metlife.Agradeço que me seja restituido o valor na totalidade, pois eu nunca recebi as condições particulares em minha casa, a unica coisa que recebi foi o que anexo. Metlife a pior seguradora e publicidade enganosa.

Venho por este meio mais uma vez reclamar, com este assunto, visto que já ultrapassas os prazos legais. no dia 31 Julho foi me comunicado que iria ser pago o valor que a metlife resolveu dizer que era o que estava nas condições, mesmo eu reclamar que nunca recebi as condições e só tinha as coberturas, e onde tem mencionados 700€. Foi estipulado pela Metlife pagarem me 399€ que hoje dia 09/08 ainda não recebi, e onde ja tinha sido mandado pela mediação o meu IBAN que por coincidencia é o IBAN que está na proposta e o mesmo onde é mensalmente debitado o valor do seguro onde já o cortei. Agora fazendo já 3 meses desde o envio dos documentos por parte da mediação que foi dia 7-06 pela mediação e eu ainda não tenho o valor da minha conta. Mais uma vez pergunto até quando vão arrastar este assunto, as chatisses que tenho tido com este assunto, as horas ao telefone, o dinheiro gasto em chamadas, e nada mais fazem???É uma enorme falta de respeito por parte da Metlife, por toda a situação e o comportamento que tem tido, é assim que tratam os clientes????
